Instructors

Maritime Simulation Institute’s instructors are certified by the US Coast Guard and meet the requirements of both 46 CFR 10.302 and STCW Section A-I/6 Para.4.3.1. In addition, each holds certification to instruct and assess students in accordance with the requirements of the following governments: Canada, Vanuatu, Marshall Islands, and the Bahamas.

Each of Maritime Simulation Institute’s instructors has 20 years or more maritime experience. They are selected and trained to be competent in their fields, confident, and able to communicate.
